These terms apply to all coaching and tutoring services provided by CommuniCare (Jo Steffen).
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance; late cancellations or no-shows are charged in full.
- Payment is due within 14 days of invoice.
- Lessons may take place during weekends or public holidays if agreed in advance.
- All sessions are delivered online via Zoom, Google Meet or Teams.
- Confidentiality: all materials and communications are treated as strictly confidential; no recordings without prior written consent.
- Data protection: administration and invoicing are fully GDPR-compliant.
- Substitution: companies may substitute participants in group sessions when necessary.
